Description

This Keto Vegan French Toast recipe is fit for royalty! Rich brioche toast, gently fried with toasted almonds, oozing with warm buttery maple syrup, fresh whipped cream,  tangy fresh berries, and warm drops of vanilla, spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice!

Instructions

  1. Turn on stove and preheat griddle or frying pan on medium heat for 5 minutes. And turn on the oven to 175°.
  2. In a large mixing bowl blend JUST Egg, Granular Stevia, Allspice, Nutmeg, 1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon and Vanilla
  3. Once griddle or frying pan has been preheated, quickly submerse 1 slice at a time into the JUST™ Egg mixture and place in one corner of the griddle or on a side of the frying pan (not center). You should be able to fry up to 4 slices at a time
  4. Immediately after placing on griddle ad 6-8 slivered almonds to the wet top of the slice and sprinkle cinnamon and granular stevia evenly over the top. Repeat for up to 4 slices.
  5. Wait approximately 3 minutes or until golden brown and flip. Add some additional cinnamon and sugar if desired and fry for an additional 3 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Turn the French Toast upright with almond side showing and place on a warming plate in the preheated oven until all the French Toast is cooked up.
  7. Serve hot with Butter, Whipped Cream, Syrup and 4 berries each (1 Blackberry, 1 Raspberry and 2 Blueberries)
