Delicious, buttery, full bread flavored Keto Vegan Classic Grilled Cheese Sandwich!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Slices of Healthy Life 5 Seed Keto Bread
  • 1 Slice of VioLife Mature Cheddar Slices
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegan I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter

Instructions

  1. Toast the Healthy Life 5 Seed Keto Bread slices
  2. Butter each slice and place buttered side face down on a preheated frying pan at medium heat
  3. Place Cheese on the unbuttered side of bread
  4. Place 2nd slice of bread unbuttered side down on top of the cheese.
  5. Grill on both sides until golden brown.
  6. Served with Keto Vegan Tomato Bisque! (recipe here)

Notes

PRO TIP: Pre melt the cheese in the microwave on a single slice of toasted Keto bread.

ADD ONS: Spice it up with pickles, jalapeño peppers, sun dried tomatoes or vegan pepperoni!
